11 God has spoken plainly,
and I have heard it many times:
Power, O God, belongs to you;
12 unfailing love, O Lord, is yours.
God is our rock.
God is our salvation.
We have heard it time and again and yet God does not grow weary of displaying his power. We have heard it time and again and yet God does not grow tired of faithfully meeting us in the midst of our struggles and failures to offer forgiveness, mercy and hope. We have heard it time and again and yet God remains firmly for us...who or what can be against us?
May we live in the quiet confidence created by being in God's shadow. May we live as a people who are "more than conquerors." May we live unafraid for our future. May we truly live as God's people.
